Limited Warranty Information
BROPAK warrants to the original end user purchaser in the United States or Canada that its BROPAK products (“Products”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty durations in the chart below from the date of delivery when put to normal household use and cared for according to BROPAK’s instructions.

Because BROPAK cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from BROPAK or a BROPAK authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. BROPAK reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: products used for commercial purposes, negligent use or misuse of the product; use on improper voltage or current; use contrary to the operating instructions provided by BROPAK; disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than BROPAK or an authorized BROPAK service center. BROPAK expressly excludes from this warranty and denies liability for defects or damage caused by repair or alteration by anyone other than BROPAK. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes. No terms of this warranty may be construed to apply to non-warranty service and maintenance. Accordingly, BROPAK also denies liability for defects and damage caused by repair or alteration outside the terms of this warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of delivery and is not transferable (except where prohibited by law, which may include the Province of Québec). Please keep your proof of purchase or original sales receipt. Dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling BROPAK products do not have the right to alter, modify, or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon an alleged Product defect should initiate a Warranty Claim via the email to contact the support.

Remedies Under This WarrantyL
BROPAK, at its option, will replace, free of charge, your product or any component of your product found to be defective during the applicable warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new product or new component at no cost. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. BROPAK reserves all rights to decline coverage if the defect or damage was caused by unauthorized components or service.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BROPAK BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
